RETURN POLICY - KOLT MINING COMPANY

Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days has passed we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at support@koltmining.com for instructions on how to process your return or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it will not get processed.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product is damaged or defective.
 
Return Shipping in the United States
Kolt Mining Company is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please email us at support@koltmining.com for instructions on how to process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise. 

Return Confirmation
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges in the United States
Clothing
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at support@koltmining.com for instructions on how to process your exchange.

All other items
Kolt Mining Company will only replace items, in the form of an exchange, if the item(s) are defective or damaged. To exchange your product(s), please email us at support@koltmining.com for instructions on how to process your exchange.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest shipping provider. Once we receive the item(s), we will re-send the new item(s) to you free of charge. Unfortunately, this is only currently available to our United States customers. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer on orders over $20.00.

Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at support@koltmining.com for instructions on how to process your exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
