Anatomy

Anatomy is the science that studies the structure of humans, animals, and other living organisms.  Anatomy is divided into macroscopic and microscopic anatomy. Macroscopic anatomy, or gross anatomy, is the examination of human and animal structures that can be seen with the naked eye. While Microscopic anatomy, involves the use of optical instruments, such as a microscope, to study the structure of cells, tissues, and organs.
