Where do you ship from?
We have partnered with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment to ship our US orders from one of their many warehouses.
Can you tell me the shipping rate on my order?
Shipping rates vary by location and size of the order. The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate is to go through the process of placing an order. When you get to the shipping method, you will see the different options available for your order.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order(s) have been shipped.
The Shipping Confirmation does not include my entire order, where is the rest of my order?
With our products located in different warehouses, some orders may require two (or more) shipments.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically take 1 business day to process. Orders within the United States arrive on average within 3-5 business days with Standard Shipping.
My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it, can you help?
Please contact your local post office or UPS depending on the shipping carrier. The carrier will have the most up-to-date information to help locate your order. We will do all we can to help you with the process, but, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that are showing they have been delivered.
Do you have any Shipping Restrictions?
Currently we are in a soft launch in the United States. Once we have flushed out all the bugs, we will being shipping Internationally.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date that you received your order. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
Are your products available in retail stores?
There are a few retail stores that sell the same items. These days those retail stores are becoming harder and harder to find.
Can I order in bulk for a better price?
Yes, please Contact Us: support@koltmining.com, and let us know the product(s) you are interested in and the quantity. We will work with you to provide bulk pricing.
